
These wonderful no-bake Protein energy balls are loaded with some of my favorite things. They take 5 minutes tops and you have yourself a nutritious, homemade snack with healthy fats, omega-3s, and with a high-quality, plant-powered protein concentrate containing 18 grams derived from a blend of brown rice and peas.
INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups Rolled Oats
• 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
• 2 scoops of IsaPro Plant Based protein
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
METHOD
1 Add ingredients to a food processor.
2 Make balls using your hands or an ice cream scooper.
3 Place in the fridge.
Storing tips
- To store: these Protein energy bites will last for 1 week in an airtight container in the fridge.
- To freeze: feel free to add them to a freezer-safe bag or container and store them for up to 1 month.
